The First Chop
Chopt opened its first location at 332 1st Ave, New York. Our signature chopped salad method immediately won over New Yorkers looking for fresh, fast lunch options.
Grain Bowls Launch
We expanded beyond salads, introducing our signature grain bowl line featuring quinoa, farro, and brown rice bases. The response was overwhelming.
Eco Pledge & Local Farms
We formalized our sustainability commitment — partnering with 12 local New York farms and switching entirely to compostable packaging across all locations.
